Returns Policy

It can take your body up to a month to adjust to a weighted blanket, which is why we give you 100 nights to sleep under it. If you've only ever slept under regular duvets/blankets a weighted blanket will feel heavy on your body at first. Your body will go through an adjustment period so we recommend spending at least 30 days getting to know your weighted blanket.

However, we want you to rest easy and we understand everyone sleeps different. If you've given your Remy a good try and decide a weighted blanket isn't for you, it's easy to organise a return.

How do I return my Remy product?

Contact us at any point during your 100 night trial. Fill in the returns form HERE and we'll get in touch within five working days with instructions to return your product.
Please ensure the weighted blanket is returned with the original cover bag. The original shipping box is not required, however, if you've kept it then it'll be easier for you.

How do I return covers & accessories?

All items that aren't weighted blankets have a standard 14 day return policy. If you purchased a bundle with an additional cover then your entire purchase is covered under the 100 night trial. We'll need the items back in the same condition, and wrapped in the original packaging.

Do I have to pay a returns fee?

Nope, not at Remy! Unlike other companies that charge a restocking fee, we do not. The only cost you have associated to your return will be the cost of postage to send it back to us.

In the unlikely event you return your blanket we ask for them to be clean and free of any debris or pet hair. All returned blankets are inspected and thoroughly washed before we decide to recycle, refurbish or donate.

If the blanket is returned damaged or without its cover bag we will charge a repairing fee of up to 30%. In the very rare chance of this our customer service team will contact you to explain the situation. Don't worry, we will always give our customers the benefit of the doubt.
