Which weight should I choose?
Your weighted blanket should weigh approximately 8-14% of your own body weight. We recommend the following based on your bodyweight:

Our Sleeper weighted blanket which comes with a cosy plush and super-soft bamboo cover.

Bamboo cover is from Oeko-Tex certified, earth-friendly bamboo fibre. Cosy plush cover is a blend of cotton and polyester.

12 x 12cm gridded pockets to keep glass beads in place.

360° zipper system for easy attachment to Sleeper Covers.

12 loops on the corners and sides so covers with ties can also be compatible.

Note that our weighted blankets are made to fit the body and not the bed, to ensure the effectiveness of the weight. Thus, weighted blankets are a bit smaller than regular duvets.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, dry clean Sleeper (weighted blanket) only.

The covers can be machine washed. Wash in cold water (30° C) with like colours on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low and iron on low if needed.
