Outer Cover:
The cover of the Remy Pod is removable and machine washable for easy cleaning. Simply unzip the cover and remove it from the Pod. We recommend washing it in cold water
Drying:
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to ensure it retains its shape and colour.
Inner Liner:
If the inner liner requires cleaning we recommend spot cleaning only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the affected area.

Refillable Beads
Refillable Beads
After a few months of use it's normal for even our Pod to go flat. To keep your Pod in top shape, we offer easy bead top-up options, so you can enjoy ultimate comfort for even longer. Once you have ordered and received your Pod Refill it is a breeze.
Topping Up:
Simply unzip the liner, which is found underneath the Pod cover, and add the extra beads until you reach the desired level of firmness. We recommend starting with about 1/2 of the beads that come with your Refill bag and adding more as needed. Remember to zip the liner securely back up before returning the cover to your Pod.

Returns & Warranty
30 Day Returns Policy:
All returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. Please contact us at directly at returns@remysleep.com.
All returns must be properly and safely packed to ensure products will arrive intact. Improperly packaged returns may cause damage to the products and we may not be able to fully credit you in those cases. Items must be in like new condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
1-Year Warranty:
There is a (1) one-year warranty on the seams and zippers of each Pod cover. With normal use and care your Pod should last for years. Should you need replacement beads, they are available online at our website. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing hello@remysleep.com.
