Weight: As a rule of thumb your Remy should be roughly 10% of your body weight.
30 to 60 kg (5 - 9 stone) = 6 kg Remy
60 to 90 kg (9 - 14 stone) = 8 kg Remy
90+ kg (14+ stone) = 10 kg Remy
Size: 135 x 200 cm
Please note that our Weighted Blanket is made to fit the body and not the bed, to ensure the effectiveness of the weight. Thus, weighted blankets are a bit smaller than regular duvets.

How do I clean the blanket?
Washing: Machine wash the duvet cover in cold water, 30C, with similar colours and use mild detergent. For the weighted insert, we recommend only washing by hand when necessary. Your Sumo Blanket can also be dry cleaned.
Drying: Tumble dry the duvet cover on low and iron on low if needed. The weighted insert should not be put in the dryer.
